Most of us feel "stuck" at one time or another — either individually or collectively. It can feel pretty frustrating.
Although being stuck is challenging, it also presents opportunties (don't most challenges?)
The opportunity is to deepen our awareness about what gets us stuck in the first place, and to learn tools for setting ourselves free.
Today, I'm sharing about a place where I've been stuck and three tips for moving past the "stuckness":
- Pay attention — Recognize the values conflict creating the impasse.
- Choose and Reframe — Honor the values that will help you move forward, and seek to reframe the ones that are holding you back.
- Be Accountable and Compassionate — Create a structure to move yourself forward, but be flexible and honor your self-care needs in the process.
